1. Return, Exchange & Refund Process
- A return request must be made via Customer support email gemscraftsco@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 63763 36679 within 3 days of delivery.
- Once the returned item is received and verified at our SATYAVIE JEWELLERY warehouse, the customer will be issued a replacement, refund, or store credit, as per their preference.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be credited only to the bank account of the individual listed in the billing details.
- Only the product amount is eligible for a refund. Additional charges such as shipping, gift wrapping, COD fees, and customs duties are non-refundable.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled will not be accepted.
- A damaged or defective item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email at gemscraftsco@gmail.com (with product images).
3. Replacement for Damaged/Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt at gemscraftsco@gmail.com with supporting images.
- Once verified, we will replace or refund the item.
